Prepared Childbirth Series
Prepares expectant mother and support person to work together as a team to achieve the birth of a baby with the help of relaxation and breathing techniques. Reduces anxiety through knowledge of the labor and delivery process. Also covers medication, epidurals, and postpartum and newborn issues. A tour of the Family Birthing Center is included. The class fee is $65 per couple. To secure your place, a $25 non-refundable deposit should be mailed to the instructor at the time of registration. The remaining fee of $40 should be paid the day of the class. Call 865-981-3983 for information.
