The Blount Memorial Emotional Health & Recovery Center in Maryville, Tennessee offers comprehensive behavioral health services, including free walk-in assessments, for adults 18 years of age and older who voluntarily seek our help. Our central intake number – 865-981-2300 – is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Free walk-in assessments are available at the Emotional Health & Recovery Center located on the hospital's third floor. From the main lobby, take the elevator to 3-east, and follow the signs to the Emotional Health & Recovery Center's outpatient registration office.

Immediate treatment for acute behavioral health problems is available through admission into the hospital via the Blount Memorial emergency department.
