Water workouts and swim lessons at the Blount Memorial Wellness Center at Springbrook
There's a class for every fitness level at the Blount Memorial Wellness Center at Springbrook’s indoor aquatic center. Group classes are held in both a large fitness pool and a warm water pool. For those who want to learn to swim or improve their skills, Red Cross swimming lessons are offered at the center.
If you're searching for a fun way to jumpstart your exercise routine, join a group Aquacise class. Aquacise promotes and enhances physical and mental fitness regardless of swimming ability.
