Blount Memorial’s Wellness Center at Springbrook offers fun exercise options for all ages
Group exercise is a great way to jumpstart your exercise routine, meet new people and have fun while improving overall health and wellness. Whether you're new to exercise or are searching for a challenging workout, there's a class for you at the Blount Memorial Wellness Center at Springbrook.
The center’s monthly group exercise schedule [link to Wellness Center schedule] typically includes:
- boot camp
- dance: Nia, adult basic ballet and line dancing
- Gravity Pilates
- Gravity Strength Training
- P.A.C.E. (People With Arthritis Can Exercise)
- strength training
Group exercise classes range from 45 minutes to one hour and are led by certified instructors. Many classes feature separate levels for seniors.
