Blount Memorial Home Services is a Medicare/Medicaid-certified home health agency serving patients in Blount, Knox, Loudon, Monroe and Sevier counties. We are licensed by the State of Tennessee and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO).

The Home Services office is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and a registered nurse is on-call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A physician referral is required to access our services and programs.
