The Transitional Care Center at Morning View Village in Maryville, Tennessee helps people restore strength, function and independence following illness, injury, surgery or a hospital stay. The person-centered care is delivered on a short-term basis.
Short-term (sub-acute) patients typically stay three weeks or less.
Individualized care and/or rehabilitation plans are designed for each patient or resident and may include:
